The Chicas Story

Chicas Tacos began in Los Angeles in 2016 with a simple idea from the founders and Chef Eduardo Ruiz: the street tacos we grew up loving could be made utilizing locally sourced higher quality ingredients. What started as a search for a better taco became a commitment to honor the taqueros who inspired us, partners such as La Princesita, Daiya, Abbot’s and Mejorado for hand-pressed award-winning tortillas, and hand-picked quality ingredients you can truly taste. Every taco is rooted in Mexican tradition, made fresh daily, and built to bring people closer to the kind of food that feels honest, nourishing, and full of heart.
